Be Absolutely Non-Sucky

Some companies position themselves as if to say “We suck less!” Hertz (not exactly) is a great example. What happens when your competition stops sucking so much?
If you are positioned as “less sucky”, your business is not defensible. Here, marketing matters. Don’t allow your competitor to undermine you by becoming competent!
