It is incredibly rare for me to find an email, from a marketer, that isn't at least a clever hook for an affiliate link. Put some great content on your page or blog, do NOT include even a soft sell or affiliate link in there, invite your subscribers to it... and see how your rapport shoots through the roof seeing as you just took a step that they pretty much NEVER see from an online marketer. (This also means that the next time when you have a high value offer, your subscribers will be much more likely to look at it and act upon it.)
