It didn't quite fit what I wanted when I looked at it though. Good point about the monthly fees. I'm definitely moving toward tools I can put on my server and hack if need be. I'll have to check out TasksPro.com. I use http://www.Near-Time.com to work with my team. It helps with tasks, file sharing, and discussions. I don't use their task tool right now.
