    I recently made a commitment to document all of my key tasks, and the result has, thus far, been very positive. As you said, even if you don’t end up outsourcing a certain task, it still makes sense to document the process.

    Documentation also helps when it comes to automation. If you have a refined process, it is much easier to find ways to automate it with technology.
