It’s not necessarily what’s cheapest that’s the best. It’s about what produces the best results for your business. Whether it’s programming, design, or link building, you need to find the best for you. Here’s what I suggest for a solo online entrepreneur: Find the right key people and keep them by your side. Leave the nickel and diming to people who can afford to make their labor force disposable.

    Good principles to live by on and offline; you need to surround yourself with people you trust and give them their fair share, and then some if at all possible
