Boy, I see this a lot in life as well as in marketing. How often do we make plans, create strategies, organize and reorganize instead of doing what it takes to move things forward? In the clients I coach, often this kind of peripheral busyness is a direct result of the fear of taking an action. When you find yourself watching instead of growing, as Rob so suscinctly put it, ask yourself what you’re afraid of.
