Why Bloggers Should Have a Privacy Policy, and 9 Points to Include in Yours

Creating a unique private policy isn’t difficult:

1. Be explicit about not selling or giving away email addresses
2. Discuss tracking uses on your blog
3. Emphasize you’re NOT responsible for policies of links to your site
4. Reserve the right to change policy at any time
5. Provide contact information for users
6. Easily understood is best
7. Follow your own policy
8. Include a “site intended for those over 18 if needed
9. Add clause about possible contact if they comment

Useful tips. I have to implement this for my blog. I don’t have any yet. And I guess that is not good. Thanks for sharing.

It has been nice visiting this blog. I’ve spent quite some time. Rich contents. Sound tips. Cheers.
